In her new role, Nayia will oversee XS.com’s Partners Operations function, leading the teams and activities responsible for supporting the broker’s network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners worldwide. Her responsibilities will include improving operational workflows, enhancing onboarding processes, managing commission and incentive activities, supporting reporting initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination between commercial and operational teams.

Nayia’s career within financial services has been shaped by progressive responsibilities across partner support, operational coordination, and business services. Beginning her journey in financial operations and partner-facing roles, she developed strong expertise in relationship management, reporting, process improvement, and the structured approach required to support international partner networks.

Over the years, Nayia progressed into leadership positions where she managed partner servicing activities, improved internal workflows, and collaborated with multiple teams to deliver effective solutions. Her experience combines operational knowledge with strong communication skills and an understanding of the requirements involved in managing large-scale partner relationships.

Most recently, Nayia served as Head of Partners Operations & Support, where she oversaw global partner activities supporting more than 200,000 Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners. In this role, she managed key areas including onboarding, commission structures, incentive programs, marketing budgets, KPI reporting, partner agreements, and continuous operational improvements.

Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Dealing, IT, PSP, and Marketing teams, Nayia helped align operational requirements with business objectives. She contributed to improving internal coordination, supporting partner solutions, and ensuring a consistent level of service throughout the partner journey.
